Call the office in your county to speak directly with our staff.  We can answer questions, review your situation, and guide you through the next steps.

2. Complete an Online Intake (Available 24/7)
If calling isn’t convenient, you can apply for help anytime by filling out our secure online intake form.  Submit your information when it works for you, and our team will follow up.

If you need civil legal assistance, the best way to get help is to contact your local county office.  Our staff can answer questions, determine whether you qualify for services, and connect you with the legal resources you need.

Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
We are closed from noon to 1:00 PM for lunch

Before you call or visit Summit Legal Aid, please collect materials relating to your case, including letters, notices, and any recent bills you may have.

If you are facing a Pennsylvania or Federal tax issue, our Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic serves 24 counties in Western Pennsylvania.
