Summit Legal Aid provides free legal advice and representation to low-income residents in Armstrong, Cambria, Clarion, Fayette, Greene, Indiana, Jefferson, Somerset, Washington, and Westmoreland Counties. To qualify for help, you must meet our financial guidelines. There are no income limits for our housing discrimination cases or protection from abuse cases.

Summit Legal Aid can only help current residents of our ten-county region. If you lived in our region when your legal problem occurred, you may still be eligible.
Summit Legal Aid handles only civil cases. We do not handle criminal cases.
