In July of 2025, Summit Legal Aid launched a new Pennsylvania Driver’s License Restoration Program in our ten-county region.  Without a license, many people struggle to access basic needs, such as getting to work, attending medical appointments, buying food, transporting children, or reaching vital community services.

By removing these barriers, we empower individuals and families to move beyond poverty and achieve financial security.  We also know that a license suspension is often just one piece of a larger puzzle.

Many of our clients who come to us for help with driver’s license restoration face more than just one barrier to stability (such as childcare needs, housing insecurity, mental health and recovery support, limited access to healthcare and employment, and more).  No single organization can address every need alone.

The Pathways Partner Network is a new collaborative network connecting service providers across a ten-county region of Western Pennsylvania.
Our goal is simple: to create a seamless, coordinated experience for individuals and families facing multiple legal and life challenges.

The Pathways Partner Network brings trusted community agencies together to ensure that clients are connected quickly and efficiently to the right resources at the right time.

How the Network Works

The Pathways Partner Network is designed to foster meaningful, ongoing collaboration.  Participating providers share contact information and referral pathways to streamline client support, along with community resources and events to share with the network.  When a client needs services beyond what one organization can offer, network partners help make warm, informed referrals.  The result is a more holistic, client-centered system of care.

Additionally, Summit Legal Aid will engage with partner agencies through meetings, networking opportunities, and expanding community engagement initiatives, such as group presentations, outreach events, and legal clinics.

By strengthening relationships among partners, we can create a more connected, responsive system of support for the communities we serve.

How to Join

Organizations and agencies interested in joining the Pathways Partner Network can complete the form below to share contact information and referral details.  Once enrolled, network partners will have access to a shared resource bank, making it easier to refer clients to trusted providers.  Participants also have opportunities to engage in regular meetings, shared trainings, and joint community outreach, including legal clinics and group presentations, to reach people where they are and address barriers before they become crises.
