Provides legal advice and representation to qualified individuals up to 187.5% of the FPL. Public assistance, such as medical, food, cash, or utility assistance, is available for many low-income families. Applicants for services must be screened through our intake process.

Assistance includes helping to navigate PennDOT restoration requirements on an individualized basis, license suspension appeals, and applying for limited licenses. Applicants for services must be screened through our intake process.

Provides intensive support to families with an infant born affected by substance exposure, and pregnant women with SUDs or in recovery. They help families overcome barriers to success and overall wellness with things like connecting to providers, replacing vital documents, CYS prevention, advocacy and support for fines/warrants/legal issues, re-establishing benefits, skill building, and creating achievable plans to stabilize and grow as a family.
