The 2022 Justice Gap Report issued by Legal Services Corporation highlighted major barriers that low-income Americans face when trying to handle a life-altering civil legal issue.

By volunteering to handle a case through Summit Legal Aid, you are providing vital help to individuals who face the risk of homelessness, losing their job, their children, or continuing abuse.  With your help, we can help ensure that our clients aren’t forced to navigate the legal system alone.

Last year alone, volunteer attorneys helped 203 households that were facing complex legal issues.
